"We bought a duplex that required far more renovation than we anticipated. After being duped by a general contractor and losing months of time, we decided to act as the GC ourselves. Finding good, reliable contractors (in all trades) has been a massive struggle. We were truly ready to give up and sell the property until getting a chance recommendation for Tyler. Not only did he actually answer the phone when I called, he happened to be in the area and came by that same day to take a look. He was friendly and positive about the project that many other contractors had scoffed at, left before finishing or deemed a â S&$! Showâ . Tyler came in and picked up the pieces left behind by multiple bad operators. He is a perfectionist, amazing problem solver and the hardest working person I have ever met. He was able to tackle every part of the renovation from framing to tile to door installation with ease. His knowledge of all aspects of construction is truly astounding and second to none.
