"I absolutely recommend Bath Planet. We had 6 estimates. Bath Planet by far gave us the most for the price. Our sales person, Julie, was the main reason we went with Bath Planet. Our meeting with her was extremely informative and we felt her no pressure approach a refreshing change from the other salesman who gave us quotes.She gave us great insight as to what would look best in our remodel. The install was also a great experience, Chip and Jared did a tub to shower conversion, replacement of floor, vanity, toilet, and medicine chest in only a day and a half. "We hired them to waterproof and repair our basement. They did a great job, and they have great customer service. We had a couple complaints when they left, and when we called them, they immediately took care of them with no hassel. They also called us like a week later to ask how things went and actually paid attention to what we had to say. There was torrential downpour that started same day they finished, and the basement was completely dry. There would have been puddles all over before."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
