The agreement, in writing, was for 2-3 wks later to do the work. Joe never showed up, never did the work, and has refused to return the $150 deposit. I requested the refund starting May 29, 2019. I have called, left voicemail, texted, emailed. On June 23, 2019, he LIED and stated he cut the check. 3 wks later, I contacted him again. He LIED, stating ck was returned undeliverable. I had given him mailing address at least 3 times, & it was on the cashed ck. JOE ANDERSON IS A SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM FOR ANY WORK. He has taken other clients’ deposit monies and refused to return the funds. Ck on Better Bsns Bureau Wisconsin.... There are several other complaints with the same story.
