"This company charged an elderly couple that lived in a different state $44,000 to replace a flat roof in Two Rivers. After inspecting the roof for a few minutes it was clear that none of the decking the customer paid for to have replaced was actually replaced. It was still spongy and rotten under the new membrane. Unfortunately they lived in a different state and were unable to see the finished product before they paid their invoice."

With torch down roofing, expect a 12-year warranty for one-ply systems and a 15-year warranty for two-play systems.
