"They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"This service was exactly what I was looking for.  I wasn't confident about choosing the new look for my living room.  I wasn't sure what my "style" was, and what would look good together.  I needed a consultant to let me know if the items I was considering would look good together.  Amanda called me and we talked about what I liked/didnt like.  She had me post pictures from Pinterest and Houzz of rooms I liked.  From that she was able to tell me what my style was.  She noticed things I never realized before.  For example I apparently picked the exact style couch in every picture I posted.  As I found furniture I liked I would send her photos and she would let me know if she thought they would go good together.  For example she recomended a different coffee table - i needed one that was more substantial to balance the size of the sofa.  She also helped me fine-tune the paint colors for my walls - I thought this was the hardest part of designing the room, but I love the results. 
I was basically looking for someone to guide my choices, but they will also modify their level of service depending on what you need (cost varies depending on service needed).
I would positively use them again!!

"The roofers were extremely professional and nice. They found that the previous roofers did not put flashing around the skylights. All of the wood around them was rotten. They had to take all six skylights out to replace the wood. They did it with minimal dust inside. They took the time to put extra ice and snow barriers around the skylights. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They do good work, but we had laterals put in, & they left our yard a complete mess. Never put the sod back over the laterals."
