I provide many services, such as lawn care (mowing, seeding, aerating, cleanup), pressure washing, leaf cleanup, gutter service (cleaning, repair, replacement), and more. I have all the equipment and none of the overhead that the local companies have, which allows me to provide lower prices for the same services. I have been operating in the area since 2017, and have many references and satisfied customers.

"Bought a year ago, just 100 hours run. Paid 1900.00 Was mowing and mower stopped. Took in for service. Was told the motor was blown. Not under any warranty. New motor cost 1100.00 plus install and shipping. Whole new mower 2200. In what world does a disabled low income family have money to keep buying or fixing items that should last years. Stand. Y your product! Then had to pick up broken mower, guy tries to get on it and start it. This was after he couldn’t find the mower I had brought in."

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

How often you should fertilize your lawn depends on its health. A healthy, lush lawn with good soil health may only need fertilizing once per year. Other lawns with shallow roots or that have been neglected or overly reliant on fertilizers may need an application as often as every six weeks.

You should put pre-emergent herbicide and fertilizer on your lawn in the spring. Pre-emergent herbicide keeps weeds from taking root. Fertilizer helps your grass to grow lush and dense and blocks future weeds from growing. You can also add amendments, such as sulfur and lime, to enhance your soil quality.

You can fertilize right after mowing as long as you've collected the clippings. If you leave grass clipping, they can form a mat that prevents the fertilizer from reaching the soil. Plus, grass clippings are rich in nitrogen, so if you leave them and then apply fertilizer, you can end up with too much nitrogen in the soil.

If you plan on laying new grass seed, try to wait eight weeks before stepping on it. You might need to wait an entire season to drive your car across the driveway. Sod establishes itself in the ground in about two weeks.

Provided you're using an appropriate starter fertilizer for grass seed, you can put down seeds and fertilizer at the same time. However, putting them down separately, one after the other, on the same day will help to avoid over- or under-applying the lawn food. Avoid using a fertilizer with weed control elements, as these will likely keep the grass seeds from starting.
