The contract was signed and down payment made on September 18th.  I was told the shed would be built in a week or two.  I checked in with the contractor a number of times, and the shed was finally built on Thanksgiving (Nov 22nd).  The contractor left severe ruts in my lawn.  He told me he would fix the ruts and roll my lawn the next spring, but this never happened.  The contractor also dumped piles of cement over my fence and left it there.  I was extremely disappointed that the contractor left ruts in my lawn since I am a single women and I'm new to lawn care. It will be very difficult for me to fix my lawn.  I like the shed and found no problems with the construction.
