Everything turned out well.  They followed up quickly, and the treatment eliminated the problem.

Sometimes things go well and sometimes not so well, and it primarily depends on the technician coming out to the house as well as the scheduler.  There have been a few instances where it's rained just a day after they applied the treatment which basically negates the work they did on the exterior of the house.  Aside from that, they show on time and respond quickly.

They seem to be very good and have excellent service.

I called Terminix to deal with a arrpenter ant problem we discovered while residing our house.  After convincing the customer service person that we did not need treatment four times per year to deal with spiders or mice, we were able to get them to send out a techician the following day.  I thought $250 was expensive, but we needed it done before the new siding was placed.  The techinician, Timothy Nintzel, arrived complaining to my wife that he shouldn't have been the one to do the job. He was rude and unprofessional in his tone regarding the entire situation.  I would not recommend this company based on our experience with this particular technician.

The service technician was very promt and courteous. He did a very nice job and have had only very little return of either spiders or mice. His suggestions to help in pest control were spot on. Very pleased!
