"They arrived promptly to provide a quote. Clean-up was done on schedule; they arrived with 2 workers and a foreman. Ceiling was cleaned in about 2 hours, and they also brightened the grout on the kitchen back splash by the stove. Crew cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't even tell they were there. Painters were expected the next day, but didn't show. The owner was very apologetic on the phone (painters weren't responding to her), and found an alternate crew to come out the next morning. We were hosting a party with many out-of-towners that weekend, so timing was critical. Crew came out first thing Thursday morning. They primed and painted the ceiling, molding and a lot of the wall too so the kitchen looked great! They used low VOC paint per our request, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. In the end, I was very pleased with the final result."

We are a 18 year old company with a family owned and operated. We have an A+ Rating by BBB. We services the Greater 5 County area around Milwaukee. The wide variety of services we provide came from running New construction sites for some of the areas more exclusive Builders of Homes. We provide services from the start of a new project like interior/exterior site clean up, protective floor covering of wood/tile floors, Window Washing all the way to the Final White Glove Cleaning. We have taken these services to the residential market and currently have over 500 repeat customers. Over 70% of our business calls on us for 2-3 services at one time. We advertise specials with include discounts for using more than 2 services at one time. We also do not collect any monies at time of service, our employees whom complete our services are focused only on providing the best possible service with a goal in mind to make each customer a repeat. We bill the following week and provide each customer with a net 10 days to pay. We beleive this is a major point of difference in our market. We also give the home owner or an adult in charge at the time of completion the opportunity to review our work prior to leaving. Once they are happy we asked them to sign off on job sheet so that when we review the completed job sheets we see the customers signature. If there is a complaint of any kind we directly speak with customer as soon as it is possible to resolve and fix any problem.

"My wife and I hired this company to do a move out cleaning of a roughly 1,700 sq ft house. We were given a "total price of $231". We scheduled two weeks in advance for them to come at 9am for what would be a "6 hour job". The day before the scheduled cleaning, Craig (the owner) called my wife and rescheduled for 9:30am because his team needed to finish another job in the morning. My wife and 2 small children arrived to the now empty house on day of cleaning at 9:25am and waited. My wife called Craig two times without an answer, text response, or call back. The cleaning crew finally called at 10:05 and said they were 15-20 minutes away. They 3 piece crew arrived nearly an hour late. The job got done finally. The crew left at at noon after starting work at 10:30 (remember didn't arrive until 10:25). However, they noted they had started work at 10:10am and ended at 12:10pm. This was now the second issue we were having with this "company". When the bill arrived in the mail not only were we charged for a full 6 hours of cleaning but the charge was also $30 more than our agreed upon price (we have in written communication the price we were given). We called Craig and left messages two times to resolve the issue over the course of 2 weeks. He didn't respond. So, we left a message informing him that we would send a check covering an amount we felt was fair ($200) for the actual time spent cleaning our home. He of course responded to that suggesting that he never gave us a price or set a firm time for them to show up. This was left in a voicemail on our phone because he called while we were not around. I called Craig ing the morning (my wife had always called previously) and left (surprise) another voicemail. Said that I would not being paying the bill as was sent and would be mailing in $200. I suggested that if he had any further concerns about the bill he could talk with our attorney (who happens to be family and would cost me nothing). Craig called me back this afternoon. He was a very rude person that wanted me to know he would never threaten a woman - not sure why that was relevant. He promised me that "in 23 years of business he's never had this happen before" and he would fire his team this afternoon for being late if I said they were. Any time I attempted to respond to his questions of me he would again talk over me. I finally asked if he wanted to keep talking or if he wanted to hear from me. He didn't take kindly to that. In the end we only paid $200 - but the headache/frustration of working with this guy was ridiculous. I hope to see the BBB rate this company much lower as every review is negative. Reviews on YELP, Facebook, Google all have the same type of comments. I wish I had seen those before agreeing to use their services. I give one star because I am not able to give zero."
