Called referencing a quote from years ago and she was able to locate the paperwork and get back to me the same day. We talked through my questions and concerns and the disappointing service I received from a competitor that I selected based on a price the last time. (You get what you pay for rings true in this instance). I paid a higher price this time but it was well worth it. The service time arrived on time, did a great job and I have no complaints.

Very prompt and professional response to my inquiry. The gutters were actually cleaned within about 5 days of the initial inquiry. Quiet, professional workers completed the work exactly as requested and within the time frame provided.

It was raining the day they came and after they left I noticed a few things. There was a dirt spot on my carpet and a handprint on my wall. It felt a little clumsy in terms on timing and the gentleman that came were nice but forgot a certain ladder needed for the chandelier.

They were very prompt, polite and efficient. The owners are on top of everything. My windows were very dirty, since we just moved into the new house and I am not sure how many years they were not washed. They did a great job. They also gave me abetter deal than other people. I have a lot of windows and they are double with storm windows as well. So it was a lot of work. Overall they did a great job and I will call them again.

I HAD USED THEM ONCE BEFOR WITH GROUPON AND WAS VERY SATISFIED SO DECIDED TO CALL THIS YEAR. THEY WERE PROMPT TO SET UP APPT. IT DID TAKE SEVERAL DAYS FOR JOB TO BE DONE. AFTER THEY LEFT I SAW THREE WINDOWS WITH SMEARS AND I CALLED AGAIN. IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS BUT SOME ONE CAME BACK AND REDONE AND IS NOW GREAT.

The two men were wonderful. The head person, Michel, explained exactly what they were going to do after each step. They first removed the screens and placed them in our garage. Next they washed all of the windows and doors up and down (we own a duplex) on the outside. They then moved inside to wash all of the windows. After completing the window washing, they cleaned all of the screens with a brush and whipped them down with a wet cloth. Replace all 39 screens and were done in 2 hours.

Arrived on time. They washed the windows first then started on the house. They did not finish so they told us they would come back the next day to finish washing the house. While they were working one of the workers mentioned he had seen hornets by a window the day before and did not mention it, nor did he tell his boss. A few minutes later one of the workers got stung. They took him to the hospital to get checked out. He turned out ok. But they did not complete the job. The boss then came to the house to pick up his ladders. I showed him some windows that needed to be redone and also told him that they needed to report to us that they had seen hornets. I would call an exterminator. I did not want anyone hurt. told him that I was going to do that and to come back in a few days to complete the job. They did after I hired someone to spray the house for hornets. They came back and finished the job. I thought under the circumstances they did a good job.

On the quote for services I received, they said they would remove the guaard on the hallway window and clean. This wasn't done. I had to mention to re-do two windows which they completed. Not as good of job as I expected.

They came promptly, asked for any special instructions and went right to work, efficiently, competently and thoroughly. Mike and Eric were friendly and redid a couple windows that I felt had some smudges. They wiped the windowsills and did not leave any mess. We had removed various window coverings because we chose to do so, but they were willing and able to work around them. I would definitely use them again. And the price was right!!!
