But It would have been nice if they had answered my question. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. So I sent my request again making it clear that this was my second request. If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"
