"Andy Garcia, of Sirus Builds, has worked on a few projects for us over the years, including installation of a new deck, painting and priming interior spaces, fixing a gutter that was improperly installed, and installing interior trim and molding in our home. We live in an old house, circa 1917, with lathe and plaster walls and not a square corner to be found. We call Mr. Garcia "The Problem Solver." "I hired F7 to fix my about-to-fall-down cedar fence. I didn’t want to replace it; I liked the weathered look and the only thing rotten was the 20+ year old posts. The same team that estimated my project performed the work, which I liked a lot. They did a great job with minimal damage to my yard (if any).
