"My fence installation remains unfinished, yet they have already taken full payment (north of $15k) and it is nearly impossible to reach their office. When I do, the communication is short, cold, and unprofessional. So they processed payment for an expensive, unfinished project yet somehow you can't reach anyone on the phone, and emails that are acknowledged (rare) are typically not much longer than a sentence. The double gate in my fence needs a drop rod put in to function properly. They weren't able to finish it the day of the main installation so they temporarily used a bungee cord to keep the gate in place. The plan was to return the next week to finish the installation. It has now been 9 weeks, and the gate is still tied to a bungee cord. Despite regular efforts (one way: on my part) to discuss the specific timeline for finishing, I can't get an answer. We stipulated in the contract that the company sticker would not be placed on the fence, but it was anyway. The crew that installed the fence was friendly, but the overall experience has been a challenge. I have been patient but will be filing a complaint with BBB, calling Veridian Homes (a major referral source of theirs), and posting on other forums shortly if this remains unresolved any longer."

He told the officer on 2 occasions he would send out the refund. both time the refund never showed up. The BBB has also tried to contact him and he has refused to reply. He keeps claiming he has COVID. Truck carrying materials continue to show up at his business address.
