"Had an old fixture above kitchen sink go kaput (fluorescent starter disintegrated), so Cardinal came out and offered LED alternatives (two provided, brought on-hand from supply warehouse). Also fixed a switched outlet that had shorted out. Great work done, nice alternatives for the LED light, and switched outlet was wired to be always-on for one socket and switched for the other -- better than it was before at no additional cost. Later I called to ask the exact serial and model number of the LED light because the papers left did not state it. Not only did I get an email a couple hours later with the model/serial, the tech included the detailed documentation for the fixture so if anything goes wrong I can likely fix it myself next time. The tech who did the work also applied a 10% off discount card for me with no extra hassle, saving me close to $100 on the work."

I called and asked why I was billed for 2 guys and 7 hours of work for 1 light switch??!! And they took away my dimmer option. They said they would remove 2 hours from my bill. I’m still stuck paying $290 for one light switch being moved 12”!! This company is crooked! Do not use them!"
