Hello, my name is Nick, owner of Under Construction of WI LLC. Im a licensed home remodeling contractor specializing in kitchens and bathrooms and basement / attic conversions into living space. Ive been in the home remodeling/construction/demolition/abatement industry for the better part of 30 years. Eventually incorporating in 2007. Since then I have concentrated in homeowner kitchen and bathroom projects and/or for real estate investors using their projects for rentals or for flips. I can handle full house projects or simple one room updates decks of any size or material demolition drywall electrical plumbing painting millwork hardwood or engineered flooring wall and floor tile. Depending on size and scope of work I typically do most work myself . But also utilize sub-contractors that I trust and have worked with in the past when the job calls for it. All work was done with perfection including painting, trim work, floor tiles, building walls and installing a shower that was trenched for a tub and not in the correct drain position. "This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. You will end up project managing their employees, if they show up. I have brought my issues with the Atlanta Dealer up with the home office of BCI and they don't seem to care either. I have no confidence in the installation since the shelving they put up fell off of the wall. They were installed by the same technician that installed our new shower. They called me to schedule someone to come out to fix the shelving that fell off the wall and I could hear one of the Managers screaming in the background to "get this B*@*H off his back", he was referring to me! I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business."
