"Team of 7 or 8 roofers arrived promptly as scheduled along with their gear and dumpster. They worked steadily and seemed very efficient.  Everyone worked on the tear-off until they had removed enough for some of the men to start working on protruding staples/nails.  As soon as enough area of that had been done, some started on the re-roof.  As the tear-off was completed and then the nails/staples were completed, more guys moved to the next phase until all were roofing.  Seemed as though everyone knew his task  and what to do next.  Much to my surprise, work really was almost done in one day.  It started to sprinkle in the late afternoon.  There was about 2 square feet of shingles left to lay, which was completed quickly. They packed up their equipment and spent time making sure all trash had been picked up.
Two or maybe three guys returned the next morning to finish flashing around the chimney and a couple of odds and ends.
Dumpster was removed promptly.
New gutters and gutter covers were installed  the next day.
Replacing the rotted fascia board was missed in the work.  I called about it and the work was done promptly, and the way I wanted.
We are very pleased with the work that was done.  House looks good and the gutter covers work.  The price was reasonable, not the most expensive and not the cheapest.  Worth what we paid.
Will call them for an estimate on the next project!

"absolutely AMAZING service. Down to earth individuals who did really great work! we were caught by surprise at the water damage and mold that had occurred ( from a leak in the dishwasher), Chris did a wonderful assessment, told us all the steps and gave us a very fair price. He noted further improvements to be done with the lighting (previous improper installation) and need for access panel (for wiring of our dehumidifier) : and he took care of it!! (also took care of an extra "ding" in the drywall in a nearby closet) when they did their work, everything was taped off professionally and sealed, all tile and appliances protected. I was very impressed and it was such a relief to see their professional workmanship for this stressful time. They came multiple days (over a few weeks), texted/called my husband with updates on days in-between treatment and were respectful of our house and time. If you need their services, do not hesitate, truly A+++ I will hire again if the need arises!"

"Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.

Playground Equipment questions, answered by experts

It’s usually possible to install a playground yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Playground construction can be complicated and involves moving large, heavy, and bulky components into place while you affix them to other pieces. Not only is the work physically demanding, but any mistakes could reduce the lifespan of your playground and potentially put any children who use the equipment at risk of injury. It’s relatively inexpensive to hire a professional playground installer, and it’s usually worth the investment, if only for the peace of mind it provides.

Whether building a playground or installing a pre-made one is more affordable depends on the materials of each. In most cases, it’s more affordable to build a wooden playground than it is to buy one and have it professionally installed, but it might be less expensive to invest in a pre-made plastic playground, even if you pay a professional to install it. Wooden playgrounds tend to last longer, but as children age, they will become less valuable. Overall, it may be most affordable to have a pro install a pre-made plastic playground.

Wood, metal, and plastic are common materials. Choose based on durability, aesthetics, and maintenance needs.

In most cases, your professional playground installer will put down a playground surface before assembling the fun-filled system. However, you should ask your installer about this service before booking an installment date. Most playground equipment installation companies offer service add-ons like leveling the area, laying down a surface, building a border to keep the surface material contained, and setting up the swing set.

Generally speaking, building a swing set is cheaper than buying a prefabricated one, but this assumes you have all the tools and knowledge to complete the project. The average cost to build a swing set is $514, but you should also factor in the time and effort it will require—if you don’t want to give up your weekend, it’s worth considering buying instead of building.
