"Team of 7 or 8 roofers arrived promptly as scheduled along with their gear and dumpster. They worked steadily and seemed very efficient.  Everyone worked on the tear-off until they had removed enough for some of the men to start working on protruding staples/nails.  As soon as enough area of that had been done, some started on the re-roof.  As the tear-off was completed and then the nails/staples were completed, more guys moved to the next phase until all were roofing.  Seemed as though everyone knew his task  and what to do next.  Much to my surprise, work really was almost done in one day.  It started to sprinkle in the late afternoon.  There was about 2 square feet of shingles left to lay, which was completed quickly. They packed up their equipment and spent time making sure all trash had been picked up.
Two or maybe three guys returned the next morning to finish flashing around the chimney and a couple of odds and ends.
Dumpster was removed promptly.
New gutters and gutter covers were installed  the next day.
Replacing the rotted fascia board was missed in the work.  I called about it and the work was done promptly, and the way I wanted.
We are very pleased with the work that was done.  House looks good and the gutter covers work.  The price was reasonable, not the most expensive and not the cheapest.  Worth what we paid.

"I had an existing sump pump for our home addition which, at times, had a tough time keeping up with water coming into our sump pit. We also had no sump backup system. Fortunately, we've had very reliable electric service - but having no backup was pushing our luck, and I wanted to be ready if & when we needed it. Brian proposed a pump upgrade to deal with the existing pump's performance, and set us up with a nice battery backup which would also allow for a 2nd battery if I wanted to add it down the road. He gave me a great price, and offered a credit for our existing sump. Our system was set up by an installer who worked quickly & neatly, and he went through how the system operated. The system has been in use for almost 1/2 year now, and dealt with some pretty substantial rainfalls very well... it ejects water faster, cycles less, and is a lot quieter. I haven't been aware of the backup being called into action, but it tests fine & I don't expect any issues. Overall, I'm really pleased with the equipment & service that Brian provided, and would recommend him & his company for their honesty, reliability and excellent service.

"He, his son and his crew started the same day. He brought the equipment and he put this carefully. They looked at the work on the side of my builder I thought that was absolutely fabulous. These guys were here every single day. It was pouring down rain one day and these guys were actually out there in the rain mixing the concrete. It was phenomenal. They actually landed up in a small problem. In the side of my house there is my neighbor’s yard and they needed to put it carefully from there about an hour on our neighbor’s side. They knocked on his door and explained to him what was going to be done and the neighbor said no and to come back the next day.
