Huff-n-Puff Fitness Repair is a full-service fitness equipment repair company. We provide on-site service to homes, businesses, health clubs, and sports teams in the cities and surrounding suburbs of Chicago, IL, Madison, WI, Milwaukee, WI, and Northwest Indiana and St. Louis areas. In addition to repairs, we offer assembly and disassembly along with preventive maintenance packages that are tailored to your specific needs. We are fully bonded and insured. We were very pleased with Huff-n-Puff Fitness Repair from our initial phone call. The communication was excellent and very detailed on the day of our scheduled service containing both text messages and phone notifications. Our technician was great, diagnosing the problem with our machine as well as identifying two safety concerns that we were unaware of.

Did a great job...very professional. 1st time inspected my treadmill, after the diagnosed the problem, they gave me a written estimate on how much it would cost to fix...2nd visit they came back with parts and completed the job. Don our tech who did all the work did an excellent job!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Huff-n-Puff Fitness Repair. I had diagnosed my Peloton not working due to a damaged part and made my appointment. I was able to get a technician to my house the next business day (maybe I was lucky). He asked me what was going on with my Peloton+, and started diagnosing the problem. It turns out I was wrong and the bike didn't need a new part. In the course of moving, some of the wires had become disconnected. He fixed it, and now it's working perfectly. I'm SOOOO glad I wasn't sold a part that I didn't need in order to charge me for labor that was unnecessary. On top of the great service, I received a Veteran discount. Thank you!

Ken C. did a fantastic job evaluating the condition of our 8-year-old treadmill. He pointed out that the machine's multiple problems presented a safety hazard and that while a repair was possible it was likely better to consider a new machine. Totally left the decision up to us, which we appreciated. Once we made the decision to replace rather than repair, he provided some excellent advice on matching our needs to a new machine. Overall, a satisfying experience with Huff-n-Puff.

Customer service is always great. They call with reminders for maintenance and update with appt options. Techs are always on time and have never cancelled during bad weather. No upselling, just service for the issue I scheduled. They offer suggestions about care and longevity of my Elliptical and explain the tempo for software updates.

I purchased a used treadmill and tried to replace the belt myself. I just couldn't get it aligned, so I researched on the web and found HuffNPuff. Their website was easy to follow, I submitted a request for service, I knew the price in advance and it was reasonable. Communication was very good all the way through the process. They clearly focus on this. Jason called me in advance to let me know he was coming, and I also received text messages. He arrived right in the middle of the expected service time. He was friendly and professional, he quickly fixed what I couldn't, and he performed other service on the treadmill. Overall highly recommended.

Our Sole F63 Treadmill started acting up by flickering the power on and off. A quick Google search found Huff-N-Puff and I placed an online request for service. The office responded within 30 minutes and was great in scheduling technician Don D. They even included a pic of Don, so I knew who to expect. Don called ahead of time to make sure I would be home and gave an estimate of arrival. He arrived even earlier than expected and was extremely professional. He explained every step of the process in diagnosing my issue. He contacted Sole to confirm warranty coverage of my failed circuit board...and also stated he would be the one to install the new one. I didn't have to work with anyone else but him. I highly recommend Huff-N-Puff...including Aurora & Claire in the office and Don in the field! A great team that made the disappointment of my failed treadmill - not so bad at all! Thanks Huff-N-Puff!

I had Trey come out and replace the walking belt on my treadmill along with performing routine service on the treadmill. The company was very professional from the time I contacted them. Very friendly custom service and that continued on the day of the appointment. My treadmill is now back working in great condition. I would recommend this company, and I will certainly be using them in the future for yearly maintenance as well as any other issues I need help with.
