It was raining so much and then there was snow, so we had to wait until spring before he could come in and clean the gutters. I was charged some more than the $99 of the big deal. The quality of work was okay, he tried to sell me some gutter guards, but I don't want any gutter guards. He got all the gunk out of the gutters. He kept in communication with me. When we made an appointment, the weather was against us, so he kept communicating through Angie's List."
