It was raining so much and then there was snow, so we had to wait until spring before he could come in and clean the gutters. I was charged some more than the $99 of the big deal. The quality of work was okay, he tried to sell me some gutter guards, but I don't want any gutter guards. He got all the gunk out of the gutters. He kept in communication with me.
