"It went very well. Scott was very responsive with detailed information on his products and services while we were considering re-finishing vs. new unit. Once we decided to go with refinishing he was also very responsive with regards to what we needed to do ahead of time. He was timely in scheduling the work and Jeremy who did the refinishing was very pleasant to work with. He also put the new finish on the ceramic tile that was above the tub/shower unit. The work on the tub/shower unit included filling holes, other general repair and adding a non-skid finish. His quote was the most expensive of those that we received but I still rate his price "A" because, from everything I learned his product was much superior to the others that quoted. The finished product looks beautiful."
