"This had to be the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!. Two words would describe Dama , TERRIBLE !! & OVERPRICED !!. The professionalism was terrible also . The technician came in our beautiful home with a hand cart that had grease on the wheels from there warehouse and as well as a box that the water heater was in that was full of grease !!. They dragged it in on top of our new carpet and got grease all over it . Terrible Mess!!. Then they left the home without wiring the water heater . Not to mention they left live energized wires in the basement that were never capped off and was a fire hazard waiting to happen . I had to have the unit wired as they were going to charge me separately as another cost . We stayed two days without water because of this irresponsible and careless contractor. I would never recommend them for anything again!’"

If you happen to disassemble your dryer vent and feel the inside of the duct immediately after drying a load of laundry, it will likely feel damp and warm. That’s normal, as the vent has just finished moving the humidity and moisture from your laundry to the exterior of your property. In a ventless dryer, lint it collected in a lint filter found inside the door or dryer drum. Vented dryers have this same lint filter, but in a ventless dryer you’ll need to stay on top of cleaning the lint filter after every wash. This is a common best practice, regardless of your dryer vent type.
