Ridge Roofing

I had 3 separate roofing companies provide reviews. Each company reviewed the two leak areas I had identified. Only Ridge Roofing spent the time to review the entire roof and identified 2 additional leaks that are not visible from within the house. They also provided a 2 week start date from contract execution while the other two vendors were stating 2 months to begin work. Pricing was very competitive and the work quality was outstanding.

Absolutely Loved Ridge Roofing! I have a few rental properties that they have done both repairs and entire re-roofs on. I would not use anyone else! They are reasonable in cost, get things done quickly and very reliable. Hunter made multiple visits to each house that was getting work done to make sure things were going smoothly and that the repair guys had all the material they needed. On each visit he took time to ensure any questions or concerns I had were resolved before leaving. He was very professional and informative each time during the final walkthroughs and ensured I was 100% satisfied before the job was done. The crew did a great job starting on time and getting everything cleaned up at the end. Great job guys!

I did not have to wait long from the inspection to the completion of the work. Hunter was great. Answered all my questions and concerns, friendly and professional. The young man who fixed my roof was very efficient and polite. I would use them again and definitely use and recommend them. THEY ARE GREAT

They missed the first appointment but maybe an error. They gave an estimate similar to other contractors but when they sent us an actual estimate it was near double. We excused that as well since it seemed they would do a much more thorough repair. In doing the repair, it is something we likely could have done and saved nearly $500. For small repairs, they seem a bit pricey!

Scheduling was a problem at the beginning but they corrected that and did a great job.

Landon and Garrett did an outstanding job. They provided a speedy estimate and I was able to schedule the repairs right away. I was very happy with their customer service and the work that they did. And their pricing was very competitive. But what was really amazing was that they did their own quality assurance check and realized that they missed a tile on the roof. Something I would not have noticed unless I climbed up on the roof. They came back on their own accord and fixed it. Now that is quality customer service! I highly recommend Ridge Roofing.
