They used a low-impact stump grinder that left no visible signs of its presence on the lawn after the job was done. They removed all of the debris and filled in the holes with fresh, smoothly graded top soil. They charged what we considered a very reasonable fee for the project. "Standard work, the fertilizer and weed treatment was outstanding. Very efficient and effective. The aeration and seeding were another issue. Required multiple phone calls and monitoring. It would seem that the staff have communication and followthrough problems when there is a variation from standard. I wanted only one section of the lawn to have a double aeration and seeding. That took four phone calls to get done. Aeration was supposed to be done and was not for several weeks during the extended dry spell. Was told to water the lawn for twenty minutes and they would be there on Monday. Spent the weekend moving a sprinkler around the 1/4+ acre lot to meet the specs. No one came for the next entire week! Called again on Friday and finally showed up on the next Monday. Have signed a contract for both aeration, weed treatment, and fertilizer for 2018 because was very happy with the basic package. But if there are similar problems with the aeration next year, will not be renewing for 2019"

"In the last 9 years I'd say he's done the best fertilization I've yet had.  Many people will kill more than you want, and he actually only killed the weeds!  I'd definitely use him again!  I actually wasn't completely satisfied with the results, and he offered me some additional work for free to ensure I was happy.  After he came back out and did the additional work I offered him payment for it, and he turned it down saying he just wanted me to be satisfied."

The morning of my move, I got another confirmation call from Al.  When crew arrived, I knew one of them from my move six months ago.  The truck was loaded in 40 minutes and when we arrived at my new location, the  and crew unloaded into a storage unit on site and into my new apartment.  If I changed my mind on where I wanted the furniture placed, they were only professional, patient and kind.
