Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
We had an appointment and he no showed. Called and left messages and he never returned any of them. He eventually called back and scheduled another appointment. No showed for that one as well and no call or information. Will not hire again.

Adam was able to come over to make some adjustments and replace a few malfunctioning heads. He also blows them out for winterizing the system. Calls ahead to let us know he's on the way. Courteous and professional.

This is a newer company. Brett is extremely knowledgeable and has worked for the companies that overcharge for their services. His prices are fair and competitive. His professionalism outweighs other local companies. He'll be coming back this fall to winterize my system. We've found our permanate irrigation company!

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
Brett was very knowledgeable in sprinkler systems, Brett repaired our new sprinkler system that was installed last year and did not work for crap. Brett came in and had everything up and running great after Brett adjusted the sprinkler heads and replaced a few using the correct head for the application we wanted it to do. Brett showed me how to use the sprinkler application on my phone. Brett is scheduled to come back on the 2nd of June to install a weather shut off which will be used when my wife and I are traveling. Over rated them a 5 star and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brett and TSI

Brett came out within a week of calling. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient! Brett explained where the problems were and what needed to be done. I had no idea I was getting taken advantage of from our initial sprinkler service - located in IL. I 100% trust Brett and will ALWAYS use T.I.S. for any and all irrigation services.
