With a select list of contacts (electricians/plumbers/hvac), most jobs can be completed with one phone call. We will start with a signed estimate and discuss payment at that point. Most projects I will invoice upon successful and satisfactory completion.

His estimates were lower than the actual final cost. The reason why the estimate were low, some parts of the job changed after they were made."

It’s technically possible to install loose-fill cellulose insulation without a blower, but it’s much more time-consuming, tedious, and dangerous.
