"For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip.
