I had to order a part and he came back the next day after the parts were available and assembled them for me and repaired my chair. Charged me an extremely fair price. Call the other places and they were going to charge me $75 upfront just to come and look at the project then I would have to order the part myself and then pay $90 an hour for that for work once the part was in"
