"Scheduling communication was an issue but got worked out. Tree trimming was part of the project cost. Did not come prepared to trim tree adequately. Had to use our ladder and still could not trim tree totally as requested. Remains of debris from project were left in the road. Having said that, the tree roots we had requested to be ground up were done to our satisfaction."
