"Russ called us back right away when my husband and I were looking for someone to supply us an estimate for drywall install, taping and mudding. He supplied an estimate in a timely manner and scheduled a time to start the project. He showed up when he said he would and was very conscientious of his work. Russ was very tidy and left the workspace the way he began every time. He let us know when he would be back as our job took a span of a few days. Upon completion he asked if everything was up to our expectations and said to call him should anything come up. I will definitely reach out to Russ on our next project and recommend him to my friends and family, as well as recommend him to anyone reading this review."

"Working with Croix River Construction was a positive experience on all fronts. Paul and his team are good at what they do, professional, and very nice! They tore down our stand-alone, falling-apart garage and built a bigger, better garage in its place. Paul made sure the new garage would match our home perfectly, and provided quality materials and workmanship. It was a big project and Croix River were easy to work with, reliable, flexible, and fairly priced. In addition to the new garage, they installed a new concrete driveway, created a slope for it, and added fill to elevate the garage-floor height (which some companies weren't able or willing to do). They also graded around the house and redid some of our concrete sidewalks. It's two years later and the concrete work is holding up well. All of it is. Highly recommended, and nice people."

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."

Made several calls to "national" water clean up companies with no reason. Rich was at our house 2 hrs after we called and his crew was there the next morning. "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
