I Currently am a Facilities General Maintenance worker, I do various different jobs through out the day I work for a multi Billion dollar company , I have Most of my own tools to do anything from Automotive care Batteriers, oil changes, lights, Breaks alternators starters, Tires and so on. And then iI also do indooor wall repair painting Demolition hanging/mounting tvs, picture's, shower heads clogged sinks, and so on as well. I also do painting, Lightbulbs, in side and out side. I also do yard work ,Tress service Cement repair, almost anything.

While painting your stair's railing is a job for a small collection of various brush sizes, painting the stairs portion of a stairwell with a roller is a matter of personal preference. You can find two-, four-, and six-inch rollers at home centers and hardware stores, which can be excellent for painting treads and risers. However, you'll still need at least one brush to cut in the details and edges. 

In some cases, you may be able to skip the primer and paint over old paint. If you’re painting over paint that’s in good condition and is a similar color and finish to the new paint, you probably don’t need to use primer. Sanding a wood floor can be a lot of work, especially if the room is large. However, if you skip this step, the paint might not stick properly to the floor. Over time, your paint can peel or chip. Eventually, you may need to repaint the floor all over again. Save your time and money by sanding the floor the first time.
