Come to find out, the shingles I had were defective (New Horizons) so a new roof was really the preferred solution rather than a fix. Steve, the owner, first had someone come to the house and do a measurement/analysis. Then someone else came to do a minor repair to keep the water from coming in (cost of which was deducted from roof cost). Then Steve came to the house to provide the estimate.
