August 29, 2015: I went back to the cleaners with my husband. They were a little more receptive. I had a picture of the rug because I have another one just like it at home. The woman at the desk said that she still did not know where my rug was. She said that I could fill out a claim. The manager came and found my rug. It was not clean so I left with it without further payment.

They are way backed up on their workload so it took several weeks for them to come out and I think by the time they got here to do the job he had forgotten what it was he was supposed to be doing. I bought a coupon for installing mulch in one area and another one for 4 hours of additional landscaping labor. He came out about a week later after I called him and I gave me quotes on some additional work as well since I was considering having the lava rock removed on 3 sides of the house so I could regrade it. I ended up not needed to regrade though on those 3 sides so had decided to keep the lava rock in the beds around the house. I spoke with him on the telephone and explained that I wanted the mulch installed in the front of the house and around my daughters swingset area, and with the 4 hour coupon I wanted them to dig out the window wells deeper (4" below the bottom of the window). He said that they would be out in a few weeks to do the job. On the day of the job I didn't see the owner-- his crew showed up and I asked them if they needed any information from me or if they knew what they were supposed to be doing, and the guy on the crew said they already knew what they were to be doing so I left for work and never saw or heard from them again. To my dismay when I got home from work that day I saw that they had not dug out the window wells at all, and instead had removed and hauled away all of my lava rocks from the flower beds on the south and east sides of the house. Admittedly I had a lot going on after that and didn't call to let him know that they did the wrong job for about a month after that, but he never returned my call and finally this week I had to pay a different company $155.28 to come and put mulch down in the areas where they removed all of my lava rock from the beds. So I basically got nothing out of the 4 hours of labor coupon I bought from him for him for $149 besides a bill from a different company to come out and replace what they had removed. He had sent me a bill for $80 for extra mulch that was needed, so right now taking into account the $149.00 coupon I bought for 4 hours of labor and the $155.28 bill from a different company to come put mulch down there he owes me $224.28 but I am sure that I will never hear from him again. I think that he is very disorganized and not very professional and I not only did not get what I paid him for, I had to pay someone else on top of that just to come and fix it.
Edit to the owner: Thank you for insulting ALL OF US who use Angie's List in your reply. Instead of blaming your customers for the mess that you make of your work, maybe the real answer is to start using contracts to make sure everyone is in agreement about the work you are supposed to do? Or else close down your business and go work for someone else where you can get the supervision than you need. Angie's List doesn't even mediate monetary disputes, so to say that I'm a liar and making everything up to get out of paying $80 is pretty weak. You screwed the job up all by yourself and all you have also proven with your response is that you are unwilling to take ownership of your mistakes."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/wi/milwaukee/immaculate-connection-landscaping-service-reviews-334878.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"PARKLAND LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT LLC","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"WI","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Dennis E."},"reviewBody":"Within the first hour I received a call at work asking what the plant with the white flowers was, they did not want to pull the wrong plants. This should have been my clue to cancel the job and send them home. I arrived home from work around 3pm and two workers were still hard at work moving mulch. They proceeded to ask me a few questions while I walked around. I pointed out some weeds that were not pulled. They stated they did not know what they were so left them. Also showed them buckthorn and popple growing through the shrubs that needed to be pulled out. Showed them the difference in the leaves so they could identify them. Pointed out garlic mustard that needed to be pulled. They finished mulching and stated they would return in the morning to finish up. They asked if I wanted another small patch of Sumac removed. I stated that, yes, it was all to come out per contract.Received a call next day around 9am that they were being attacked by birds and wanted to know what to do. They were going to leave and come back when the birds finished nesting. I stated that was fine. They called back about an hour later and said they had finished .When I arrived home that day and walked around I noticed that they had pulled all the weeds, buckthorn and popple that I had pointed out but left other areas with the same issue alone. I called Bryan and asked him to stop by. He came by about an hour or so later and I walked him through and showed him my concerns. I stated that if I needed to be there to point out the weeds and invasive species I might as well do it myself. He said they would come back and take care of it. About a week later I came home to a bill in the front door. I walked around and there were still weed and buckthorn in the shrubs. I sent in partial payment stating that the remainder would be paid when the job was complete. I never heard a word for two weeks. I could not wait any longer. The Canadian thistle was back as strong as ever. This weekend, 6/30/2012 I spent over 6 hours completing the job and had a pickup full of dead branches. I sprayed all the weeds and hauled all the cuttings to the recycling center.Today I arrived home to an invoice in the mail for the balance of my contract. No acknowldgement that they had not completed the job and had done a poor job.The guys who were here worked hard, I'm sure, but they were not knowledgeable enough to be doing the job that the contract was for. This company is probably good at cutting grass and snow plowing. I would not use them for anything especially landscaping.Received a phone call from Bryan today 7/6/2012 regarding a message I left him several days ago that final payment would be made but that I was not satisfied with the work performed. He stated that they had come back and spent over two hours cutting and hauling a ton of crap away. Wish he had notified me that they were coming back. He stated they cut out everything that I pointed out to him. They probably did but nothing else. I told him I spent 6 hours this weekend cutting and weeding and he stated that these things will keep coming back. That's true, but look at the pictures. These did not grow to this size or die in 1 - 2 weeks.Sorry for the long post, hope this report helps someone else in making their decision on who to hire."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/wi/new-berlin/parkland-landscape-management-llc-reviews-444928.htm"},"position":10}]}

"They did a poor job. Within 3 months, plants started growing in between the asphalt. The company refuses to come fix it and is adamant it is done correctly against seal coating companies saying that it is poorly done. I was informed to seal coat the aspahlt within 3 months/in fall, and the driveway didnt last that long. He refuses to give me the terms and conditions to the "warranty" on the driveway despite several times asking. He only picks up responses to getting paid and accepting work. Also do not view the "estimate", it is a trick to get you to accept their work. Communication is difficult with this company unless its about giving them money. Would not recommend."

FAQs for dirt hauling projects in Beloit, WI
The kinds of items or materials accepted will vary by hauling company. Some companies will not handle hazardous waste, but hiring ones that do will cost from $5 to $100 or more, depending on what type and quantity of material.
Most companies will haul items such as:
Construction and remodeling waste: $100–$600
Appliances: $50–$600
Furniture: $50–$400
Electronics: $60–$200
Yard waste: $70–$500
Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The cost to hire a professional junk hauling service ranges from $60 to $600, averaging about $270. Your final price is determined by the type of junk, amount of junk, the distance to the dumpsite, and the equipment required to move and haul your items or materials. Keep in mind that construction junk removal is more expensive than hauling household items, so expect to pay $800 for removing large piles of debris.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
