Rolando's preliminary estimate session was enough to win our confidence; he was courteous, attentive and exuded compassion. He made copious notes on our considerable list of malfunctions to be addressed and over the course of a couple of days not only did he remedy them all in fine fashion he did it with grace, authority and conviviality. We felt like we had made a new friend and we recommend Rolando wholeheartedly. We also greatly appreciate the 15% senior citizen discount on all services.

Concrete Sawing or Removal
I felt very comfortable having Ro working the project for me. The only suggestion I would give, and it is small, would be that he use a more formal estimate and statement process so I would have something for my file. The experience was positive and I will be calling him again, I am sure.. he is reliable, friendly and wiling to listen when a variety of add-on where suggested. Ro took every chance to be in contact with me throughout the process. I appreciate that. I am very satisfied.

Ro was first to respond to my inquiry; was prompt when he came to estimate the cost of my shed demo & haul-away. Gave me a 3-day choice of dates. Phoned to let me know he was on his way to do the job & was finished within 5 minutes of his estimated time. Cleaned up thoroughly & offered suggestions for use of vacated area (concrete pad). I learned that Ro's talents include a lot of skills that I'll be needing for my new (neglected 101-year-old) bungalow. He's high on my go-to list of sources for turning this sow's ear into a -- maybe not a silk purse, but certainly a lovely polyester wallet!

Rolando has done a bunch of small jobs at our new to us house and has always done great work. He most recently removed a concrete walkway and regraded the area to improve water flow away from our house. He has been professional and easy to work with.

Quick, friendly, and flexible! We needed quite a bit of stuff taken out of our basement to go to the dump, including two full mattresses/box springs. He and his partner were done in about 30 minutes. Very reasonable price compared to big box junk removal companies.
