"Very professional, honest and upfront from the start. We received 3 estimates and this was the best price, most knowledgeable inspector/salesman and the communication was amazing. "Rich Reimer inspected our basement for suspected mold.  It turns out we do not have a mold problem but Rich spent more than half an hour testing our sump pump (it doesn't work) and advising us to get a basement specialist in because he noticed a gap between our basement walls and floor where moisture (and resulting minteral stains) is causing problems.  Rich also noticed roots coming from the drain pipes that feed water to the sump pump.
I expected to pay something for the inspection and advice but Rich refused.  He was extremely professional, knowledeagle and, obviously, ethical.  I would not hesitate to use Rich in the future or to recommend his company to anybody in need of mold remediation.  By the way, Rich was also very good with our wound-up golden lab retreiver!

I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

Decks/patio are the go to job but we also do windows, doors, siding, insulation, I also do a lot of other stuff, just call, text, or email and set up a time and I'll come check it out when I have the opportunity. All forms of reaching out will be answered later in the day (4pm call back) if I'm really busy

"Goettl & Verbracken did a very competent job for us under difficult conditions in an older home. Working side by side was helpful for both parties, as questions always come up. Location of installed flex gas line (next to and in the same opening as the metal dryer vent) was not anticipated. I drilled a new hold with spade bit and extension and rerouted the gas line. Otherwise, we are happy with the work done and would hire again!"
