"Did a job not certified for, contaminated our whole house with asbestos, health dpt, locked us out till abetment was done, now a year later abetment co says we owe $90k because they can't locate Marshall. Already cost us over $20k in losses. This man is scumm!! Health dept closed 13 citations, each up to $10k in fines, because they couldn't locate him.??? They stole food from the deep freezer leaving it open ruining top 2 shelves of food and drank our beer, they used our hot tub!! They snooped in every room in the house. Over a year later and not close to be back to normal. Enrique, Jordan and Cesar all did this!!"

Payment for services are generally payment on satisfactory completion, however larger jobs do require a down payment to amount to at a minimum the amount estimated for materials.
