Installation went fine and efficiently. Problem is after-sale service. I had a zone control go out, and wanted a filter in the dehumidifier replaces. Called them in early november. They were too busy t come out. Told me it would be a while before they could do it. In late December I called again. They would not give me a date to come out, only that they were "very busy." It is now mid february, I have gone most of the winter with one zone controller not working. I would not recommend this company. They are swift on new sales and installation, but will not come back when you have issues.

This is an excellent company to work with. I was scheduled promptly and they arrived when they said they would. The team worked well together and as individuals. Each knew his job and executed it efficiently and neatly. When his task was completed he would join the rest of the crew and work together. The installation was very clean. When the power company came to do the final inspection and hookup they were quite complimentary of the installation. There were forms to be filled out to apply for Focus on Energy rebates and these were completed by Watersource and all I had to do was sign and deliver the forms. We now have a more efficient cooling system for air conditioning in the summer and will get all our heat from the ground except perhaps on the coldest windiest winter days when our backup propane furnace will supplement the ground loops. We are currently (September) generating about twice the amount of electricity we use with the solar grid.

It took two days to install the system including digging and back filling a 300' ditch 8' deep and 10' wide, 80' of horizontal drilling from the ditch to the house at a depth of 6' and installation of a new energy efficient gas furnace as back up. The installation required a new plenum for the new furnace and the rerouting of some copper pipe. The measurements for the plenum were taken 2 weeks earlier, the sheet metal was prefabricated and assembled on site. It fit perfectly. The crew worked efficiently, you could tell they were used to working together. They were very good at briefing us to the operation of the system which is quite easy to understand and to do.We decided that it was more important to us to heat our home without
burning fossil fuel regardless of the projected payback time. We are very happy with the system.

The install went great, they showed up right on the dot at 7am, with everything needed. Took them till about 3pm to finish as they had to first uninstall the old unit and parts of the in-floor heat system. Once the old unit was out there was quite a bit of dirt and junk in the basement due to the previous owners poor maintenance and water lines that had broke so they took a hose and washed up the concrete floor of the utility room. That was very nice, it still needed a good mopping but was way cleaner then it started. Then they installed the new unit, reused some parts off the old unit, ran new water lines to connect the hot water heater(one of the upgrades I got), and install the plumbing to the in-floor heat system.
After the install was done they ran me through the operation, what noises to expect, thermostat controls (I can even control my geothermal unit on my phone!). They took the old unit out to the garage for me, they would have recycled it but I decided to donate it to a local tech college that would use it for training students.
To date it's been working great, had one small dripping from a hose that was reused off the old system. I called about it and they came by to check it, put an extra hose clamp on and made sure the foam covers were sealed. Most likely it was just condensation dripping, at ether rate there are no issues now, and with a 10 year warranty I'll be worry free for years.
As I mentioned above, geothermal is the way to go. I will be installing it in every house that I build in the future, Watersource will be my first stop for anything geothermal related. The upfront cost is a bit more but currently (Dec 2012) the rebates are about 30% back.

Wonderful. They came when they said, installed the system without problems, cleaned up after themselves, showed me how to run the system.
