I changed the date of the appointment several times and they were very accommodating. The tub and sink look like new. I would suggest though that you have them come in prior to doing your final renovation as we had to remove the grout around the sink to ensure full coverage of the sink. This had nothing to do with them. I just had my steps in my bathroom renovation out of order. "

Tim and Allen came out the day of and explained what they were going to do; they were punctual, even called to let us know they would be on time. They walked through the house with us and pointed out stains they would try to get out and others that they thought was no chance, but would give it a try. They took exceptional care of everything when bringing in their equipment /hoses. We ended up going with the rotovac service on the carpets. The carpets looked good as new when they were done. Even more impressive than the carpets was the tile cleaning; night and day difference in the grout cleanliness when they were done. The cushions on the dining chairs also looked great. They started at 8:00AM and were at the house until about 3:00PM. We would definitely hire them again. "

"I purchased a big deal for interior design work. I submitted photos of room, measurements, and information about the room. They then requested a drawing on graph paper of the room with "detailed dimensions", and the process just became too difficult. I would not recommend having interior design work done by someone who cannot come into the home and see the space. This may work for some people but just did not work for us. I requested and received a refund for purchase. "

As we explained our plans, he asked questions but never said we won't be able to do that or change our minds to do something we didn't want. We had them remove four windows and replace 3 of them them were able to get exactly the windows we wanted. Took out two walls and opened up the room. Opened a walkway into the bathroom. Moved an intake vent. Painted, layed tile, converted bathtub into shower. We were very happy with the results. My wife loves her new master bedroom."
