"Frasiers sent Cody to complete the requested plumbing work. Cody arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. We had Cody return to replace shutoff valves to other plumbing as well. Last week we had Luke come out to provide an estimate for electrical work. He was thorough and explained everything. Luke is scheduled to return to complete the work. "Dewey was excellent. My tile is my favorite part of my bathroom. Larger rectangles with a veining that is so well matched. A standard toilet flange should fit snugly into the outflow pipe and sit level with the subfloor. Installing a new one without first removing the old one will make it impossible to form a seal and keep the toilet bowl bolted securely in place.
