As a sales person they should be well aware and trained to be sure what they tell me they can and are going to do, the installers will actually do for what I am paying. The installers were not helpful in trying to fix the problems just telling me they can't do it. They were constantly speaking ina different language, and all four of them defecated in my bathroom about twice each. As well as leaving the toilet paper they wiped there feces with in my garbage can. The next day I said to do not use my bathrooms, as well as left signs on the doors, and they all still used it. Leaving dirty toilet paper in my garbage again, and poop floating in my toilet."
