"I had some bright sparks coming from a light fixture in the ceiling. The young man replaced the spotlight bulb using a ladder. He said there was no electrical problem and all looked OK. It took about 10 -15 minutes. He called his boss and came back saying he had to charge me a minimum charge - over $150. The young man was very polite."
