"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. They don't record their calls for customer experience verification and/or training so it's your word versus the reps after they hang up on you and why. They take your money and don't resolve the issue. The customer service manager (who answers the phone without stating her name) says she will talk to the dispatch manager about scheduling you in for a follow up. You get a notification from your bank about a refund before that same customer service manager calls you back to let you know they are refunding the money and not helping you out.
