"They came in and put plastic on the floor and kept the door closed as as much as possible thus not letting heat out of the house. All the work after went smoothly i.e. quick and neat. Everytime I had a question, Andy stopped and answered every concern we had. He also guaranteed the water clogging wont happen and asked us to contact him on direct line if ever we have a problem. At the end, on request, he also explained to us where and how things work and where the water will go in future. Time was scheduled at 10 am.
