"What started out as a relatively simple visit - a drip from our tankless water heater that turned out to be a loose valve and some routine maintenance - turned into a major project when a critical part failure was discovered. The technician rearranged his schedule for the day and really went out of his way to make a same-day installation of a new water heater happen. He did a great job on the installation and left the area of the garage he was working in cleaner than when he started. The need for replacement of the house main water shut-off valve was discovered during the water heater replacement (we were very glad we have a shutoff outside near the meter as well) and done in a subsequent visit due to time constraints.
