"I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

Through the process of elimination he was able to determine that there was a blockage between the washing machine and main line. If you have an attachment that goes at the end of your drain hose of your washing machine. "I had purchased $200 worth of services for $119 on Angie's list because we had a leaking drain in our shower. The plumber came out and went under the house twice, without being sure what the problem was. We (the plumber and me) determined that when you stand in the shower it leaked. He said the problem was the mortar under the shower and it would cost approximately $650 to fix. Two weeks later I started looking on Angie's again and reading reviews. After much reading, I called Jerry. I explained the situation to him on the phone and he asked if I had a tile floor in the shower. I don't, I have a one-piece fiberglass shower. He then told me I wouldn't have mortar under the shower and he could fix it for $100. This conversation happened on Monday. I scheduled him for Friday. Well this is Friday and Jerry was here approximately 30 minutes and charged me $100. The drain had broken off from the pipe, all he had to do was move it and he could tell. What a great guy!!!! Honest and efficient. It is great, what a relief. I have a plumber that I trust for life. Yippeeee!!
