Joe was always very responsive from the initial inquiry to the end of the project. He is easy to work with and accommodated the work I added to the project midway through. His crews were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The price was very competitive and he delivered what was requested. Due to size the project I posted a diagram of the desired finished product near the work site, which helped keep everyone on the same page."

There was a step, where the gate is, over the years it has proven to be a hazard. In the front, we wanted our driveway widened. J immediately impressed us with his knowledge, background and listening to what we wanted. He made some suggestions, that we felt improved on what we wanted. We decided J was going to be our Contractor. An added bonus, he is local! We now have a beautiful Walkway! Which is stamped, with some added color. Our Driveway has been extended, this also included a part of our walkway. Through this process J took time and patience to explain each step. His crew was also top notch! We have another project or two and plan on having J involved!"

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
