Joe was always very responsive from the initial inquiry to the end of the project. He is easy to work with and accommodated the work I added to the project midway through. His crews were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The price was very competitive and he delivered what was requested. Due to size the project I posted a diagram of the desired finished product near the work site, which helped keep everyone on the same page."

We decided J was going to be our Contractor. An added bonus, he is local! We now have a beautiful Walkway! Which is stamped, with some added color. We have another project or two and plan on having J involved!"

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
