"The project started 10/2021 and ended sometime in 2/2022. This project took long3r than anticipated. I had to check in multiple times to see if anyone would be working on the project that day. The sub contractors used for electrical and plumbing cut corners in places causing issues and failures in 2024. The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

Then I had 2 in-person visits from Lukas and Avin to make sure the project was exactly what I wanted. We set a date and the installers Darren and Aaron arrived bright and early. They were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. Whenever I had a question about the project, they were always ready to take a moment and make sure I understood what was happening. The final product is stunning and my fence is the best one in the neighborhood with quality materials and excellent installation. EVERYTHING from the estimate, to the install, and even the billing process (shout out to Charlyn for assisting me when my bank denied my payment [bank’s fault]) has been easy and professionally done.
