Small project with pavers and turf. Project should of been done in a week signed contract in May 24 1st payment June 24. Project started in July and pavers set in by 3rd party company that had some quality issues. Not covering outdoor AC unit, cutting though invisible fence, cracked some pavers, and cut fence door so pavers could fit, chopped bottom of door. Its late August 24' and still waiting on turf and completion as well as fixing the quality issues.

System Pavers recently completed a large patio rebuild at my home and I'm completely delighted and impressed with the job. The team was exceptional, from the design phase onward, but most importantly through the construction and completion. Total professionals through and through. Todd helped my wife and I work through the design by delicately listening and suggesting ideas. Mark Bell, the project manager, was a consummate professional through the entire job, keeping me informed, offering solutions, and really driving the job to completion. I feel like the size and scope of this project could have gotten out of hand by most, but Mark was a pro and stayed on top of things through every phase of the job. Really outstanding! Matt came by and helped out with some small warranty work, but the work he did was not small in any way. He's conscientious and a real craftsman that holds a high bar. I can't say enough about how great Mark and Matt were. Thank you! My neighborhood is really close knit and so many of my friends and neighbors have asked for contact info and I'm glad and willing to share recommendations. Thank you all for such a fantastic job!

The initial installation in 2014 was fine, with one callback to fix an area where the ground was higher than the sill plate of my basement and was leaking. They also managed to get concrete dust on every single tool in my garage when they left the door open, but they cleaned it up. Looked great when they left, but fast forward 7 years and the majority of the pavers have completely lost their color in spots. -Not faded, not stained, GONE. As in I'm looking at bare concrete with some of the pavers having almost no color left . (see photo). SP has a 25 yr warranty, in theory, so when I had SP come out for another quote and showed them the state of the current pavers. The rep told me it was definitely warranty work, and even confirmed it was in a text. Then when I decided not to pursue the new quote, there was no follow up. So I put the warranty work in their customer portal, and got no reply for over a month. So I emailed them and finally someone came out, said the problem area was pretty obvious and took a couple of pics and left. No follow up for another month, then another, then they said they were waiting on the manufacturer. The manufacturer Western Interlock said this was NOT a defect and not covered by their warranty, so System Pavers has now backed out of making the warranty repair, and sent me the small print on my contract which says they aren't responsible for color changes, fading or weathering. -After already saying in person and in text (see photo) that this is warranty work. I'll leave it to the reader to look at the photo and see if they think this was how they would want their vendor to handle this obvious fail.

I left review in 2019 (posted below) when SP gave me the run around but OMG. I didn't think think this place could get any worse but they did. Our patio is still sinking. Now we have pooling rain water in different spots. They promised to fix it last year. They had 2 guys show up, one made fun of me and was chauvinistic. They apparently are no longer with the company including the manger who promised to fix our sinking patio. They sent some other guy out a few months ago. He agreed our backyard looks like ****. He said he'd be in touch to fix it but hey guess what? STILL nothing. We were told originally that they guarentee their work. (She's no longer with the company either) We call they fix...yep big lie. BS. 4 years later and we are looking for a lawyer. We were promised a ton in the beginning. Low maintenance, no weeds.. Lie! Then we're told oh hey sorry so n so doesn't work here anymore. Thats why we haven't been in touch. We have gotten the runaround and same comments for over 4 years. Guess even the employees realize this is a crap company. DO NOT USE System Pavers. Our yard looked great for a year. Its been sinking ever since. (They guarenteed me no sinking too) They admit they need to fix. They send someone out to talk and they disappear and more excuses show up. Word to the wise. Looks are deceiving. Find a different company. They can't even keep employees and lies straight. SEPT 2019: System Pavers and their customer service is a joke. We used them to put in stones in our backyard. I should have know from the start this wasn't going to go well. The sub contractors ruined our grass by driving over it even after we mentioned we have a side gravel driveway. The heavy equipment sat so long running it set mini fires in our yard. We had to keep calling the project manager because the workers would leave for days on end and not show up. The angles of the fire pit and steps were off as if they threw it together not measuring it. We had a lot of loose stone. Fast forward 2 years. Our patio looks like an ocean or rolling hills. We were told all work guaranteed and under warranty but when we finally got someone out, once again they did shotty work. They didn't fix a thing. They would show up for a day, pull a brick, put some sand in and leave spending maybe an hour not replacing anything. One day they sat in the vehicle for almost an hour and then told me they were done for the day!! We got 2 more project managers out after we complained about the staff. These 2 pompus jerks said there's nothing they can do because it's not a half inch or more in the sinking. Our whole backyard needs to be replaced. They said they'd call and set up an appointment for the one area because the other worker had been out but they've NEVER returned and they now don't answer our phone calls. What kind of company patronized and makes fun of someone because I was so upset at the shotty work and arrogant attitudes. They brag how everything is under warranty but then slip in fine print loop holes so they don't have to warranty it. System Pavers is a joke. Do not use them. Of you do, good luck. HORRIBLE company that do not care about their customers. They get the dollar and that's all that matters to them.

The sales process was excellent. They gave us an install date out 2.5 months, given Covid 19. They committed to contacting us 2 week before our construction start date. When I finally contacted them, they communicated a delay with no firm commitment to the new date 6 weeks out. I would not recommend using this company, since they do not seem to have an operating process aligned with delivery to customer commitments.

System Pavers was a very professional company to work with. They scheduled many visits (initial, planning, work, review final product, fix any flaws) and each time they were very prompt with their arrival times, and would notify me if there was any delay. The project went in as planned. Each time I had a question about what something looked like, they were very friendly and accommodating. They even came back out the week after the patio was finished to fix a thin paver that had cracked a couple of days after install. I would highly recommend.

Jacob, our project lead, was always attentive to our needs and concerns throughout the project. They started a month sooner than expected which actually worked out better for us. Jacob actually modified the plan a bit to give us a better plan for a drainage issue we have had for several years in our driveway without costing us any more than agreed upon. Our only concern was with the subcontracted crew that only seemed to have a couple people who were fluent in English so we were not sure if the installation was being done to System Pavers standards. Jacob assured us that everything was fine and I have to say the final project is spectacular especially in contrast to our previously cracked and shifting concrete driveway. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to consider pavers instead of poured concrete.

Huge thanks to the team at System Pavers that did our beautiful back yard patio. From the initial meeting to the final walkthrough we couldn't be happier. The project manager was super attentive and did everything he said he would and then some. The subs that did the paver work were super easy to work with and also did a fantastic job. Even after we threw a few change orders at them at the last minute, they took them on effortlessly and still finished the job on-time. So happy with our new patio and will definitely recommend System Pavers in the future.

System Pavers built over 200 feet of free standing and retaining wall for us and installed a light package. They were very accommodating of mid-build changes and upgrades we incorporated. They were also completely willing to make adjustments as the build progressed. Our project manager, Michelle, was excellent coordinating the project, very responsive, and even when challenges arose with our underground piping, they were extremely responsive resolving the issues. We are extremely pleased with the final result.

The whole process was well executed and met my needs for outdoor living space and yard appearance. The people who managed the design, the installation and financial arrangements were very clear and it was easy to understand. We loved working with the team at System Pavers. Everyone from the designer (Chris) to our project manager (Jacob) and everyone in between were professional and did a great job of keeping us well informed on our project's progress. The project took about two weeks and the crew that came out worked very hard and provided such a beautiful final product. Chris took his time to help design an outdoor space that met our personal needs and was a style that fit our family. Admittedly our project was not as complicated as some of the spaces they create, but it is exactly what we wanted. We were even invited to come down to their offices to see and touch the pavers, this part of the process was extremely helpful, as I have a terrible time making decisions. They offered financing which was helpful for our family and made this product for manageable financially. It was pricey but we feel as though it was like adding another room to our home. We have zero complaints. There were no real problems, a minor start delay ( because it's summer and we knew a delay would be likely) and a couple of broken stepping stones. We were always well informed about what was going on and Jacob was quick to solve those minor issues! We were impressed.

We used System Pavers years ago when we lived in California, and they did an excellent job for us. The work was done on time and was also very well done. The driveway really enhanced the appearance of our home and gave us no issues whatsoever for many years. When we moved to Washington, we wanted to use pavers at our new home as well so we called System Pavers once again. Michelle was our rep on our job, and she is FANTASTIC! We've been remodeling our home for 2-1/2 years and have done five previous live-in remodels and Michelle is, by far, the best vendor, we've ever worked with. She kept us informed, visited the job site frequently, addressed some design changes we wanted and immediately implemented them, and was a delight to work with. She explained everything to us from start to finish and answered all of our questions completely and to our satisfaction. I can't emphasize how good she is. Her crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job for us. They were polite to us and respectful of our property. When you call System Pavers in Washington, ask for Michelle. You will not be disappointed! She is a superstar!

I love my new driveway, steps and walkway to the front door! The Norway Spruce had broken up the concrete in the driveway. Up until we met Alan L. from System Pavers, everyone’s solution to repairing or replacing the driveway was to either remove the tree or cut one of the major roots which would kill the tree. Alan reassured us that he could help us by changing the slope of the driveway to save the tree. He helped us with our design adding different colored pavers to create a border around the driveway and walkway. The team that removed the driveway & walkway were very professional and quickly had the concrete out in just one day. We also had a wall of railroad ties removed and replaced with a stone wall. They were very careful doing the removal because of the large Red Leaf Maple Tree being next to the old wall. Our Project Manager Jacob Rohda came by daily to ensure the project was going as scheduled and to answer questions we had. We were impressed with the attention to detail and care everyone had. Jacob suggested a channel drain to tie the down spouts into it, so the water doesn’t just run across the driveway. Jacob and the team were professional, friendly and helpful. The quality of the pavers and work has exceeded our expectations. Jacob was helpful in answering questions about the care of pavers. We saved the tree and I’m now able to drive into my garage without scraping the bottom of my car. It’s a fabulous updated look to the entrance to our home. We are extremely happy we made the decision to have System Pavers complete our project. I will recommend System Pavers to friends & family.

I encountered System Pavers at the Seattle Home Show and decided to work with them based on their stellar online reviews. I was not let down! From the beginning I was treated well, everything was explained in detail and they worked with me through minor changes right up to the completion of the project. Wonderful. Our experience started on the right foot with our sale person, Andy. Andy spent up to 2+ hours discussing our needs in detail. Andy returned with a drawing, pricing, and specific steps on what to expect. We felt well taken care of. Our project manager, Anthony, responded with great timing and paid attention to details throughout the project. A special shout out to our installation crew. We chose a walkway with a 45-degree herringbone pattern that curved. Their focus, hard work, and friendliness were outstanding.

They are all true professionals that provide quality work. The brick layers did a fabulous job and made adjustments along the way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with their custom work. The project manager was always available to answer questions and mitigate any changes made by the customer. The project was completed in a timely manner and the crew made sure the job site was left clean. We highly recommend this company and plan to do future projects with them.

Overall the project went very well. We did have a few minor issues that needed to be corrected. These were handled with the utmost professionalism and done in a timely manner. Nothing to be alarmed about, and I would say almost any project is probably going to need some little changes at some point. This was an expensive project for us, but we did get a lot for our money, and it will definitely add to our property's value.

Systems Pavers did a fantastic job with our patio areas and fire pit from design to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were top notch.
