We have the small team because ours service focus more en detail and good quality all the time under supervation proces for give you the best service

"Having seen the companies high quality of work at family and friends homes and with their non-stop accolades, Virgilio was hired to paint the exterior of our 6100 sq ft home which included lots of trim, wood windows in need of extra work, Dryvit stucco, new downspouts to be removed, painted and rehung and a 30' chimney, so 3 types of paint too. Understand, I am an experienced, picky handyman with tools and rarely hire contractors! Communication was good and they were very nice to work with me when I had to delay them by 2 days. They arrived on time everyday, worked at a comfortable pace and were always respectful and to us, our property, the new 60K roof and my large unpainted clear-cedar deck. They cleaned up every night. The paint looks terrific, window panes are free of splatter and the new downspouts look like a factory finish was put on and no paint on my roof or deck. The front double doors with divided lights are like new. Very happy! He also looked at our kitchen for possible painting this winter. Regarding the emergency interior paint: We unexpectedly had to sell the house and some kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors (original paint) needed paint. The rest were perfect, as-new condition. Not an ideal situation. It was the only item holding up the listing and above my skill level, I tried. Virgilio was booked and busy with the summer season. No other painter would even return our calls. I even stopped painters in stores. Virgilio took pity on us and accomplished perfection in a less than than an ideal situation (long story, but they were up to the task). It is impossible to tell which ones he painted. Our agent is very impressed!"

Wallpaper Removal questions, answered by experts

It is possible to remove wallpaper yourself, but it’s typically better to leave the work to a professional. Some types of wallpaper can prove to be a real challenge to remove, and the process is labor intensive regardless, so most homeowners prefer to save themselves time and frustration by hiring a pro. Professional wallpaper companies have special tools like steamers and the experience to use them effectively without damaging the drywall behind it, which can get damaged if it gets too wet. Hiring a pro gets the job done quickly and minimizes the wall prep you’ll need to do afterward.

The average cost to remove wood paneling is $2,800, but total costs may be higher or lower depending on the size of the room, your location, and the amount of prep work required. Once the paneling is gone, you may have additional costs depending on the condition of the wall beneath.

Limewash can be removed from brick, but the method of removal will depend on how long the limewash has been on the brick. If the limewash has fully dried—which happens after about five days—you’ll need to use a diluted muriatic acid mixture to remove it. If there are multiple coats of limewash, you may need to apply the acid mixture several times to fully remove it from the brick.

You can paint over existing wallpaper if you select wallpaper that is designed to be paintable. This type of paper is meant to add texture to walls. Alternatively, if you have old wallpaper you’d like to cover up, you can often paint over that instead of removing it. However, it needs to be smooth, damage-free, and non-textured. Otherwise, any bumps, tears, and texture will show through the paint.

If you can already see the texture of the existing wallpaper through the layer of paint, then the texture could also come through the new layer of wallpaper. If that’s the aesthetic you want, then proceed. But if you want a smoother surface, you should either strip off the existing paint and wallpaper or hang a layer of liner paper before proceeding.
