"I got 4 quotes 3 of which were all about the same. It came down to whom I thought would provide the best service. This was the only company that took the time to take the cover off the motor and show us what was wrong. The gears were all worn out. Rather than replace the gears I choose to replace the unit. They were very professional and did not leave until we knew that everything worked correctly including the remote key pad outside the door. Great firm , great price, and exceptional customer service."

We explored 2 other bids, but ended up choosing Prime Garage Doors. They were able to come out the same day and finished late afternoon. The new opener was so much quieter than the old and had a lot more features. A few weeks after, we accidentally reset the opener, and they came out and fixed very quickly! I'm very happy with our choice of Prime Garage Doors, because of price, the quickness of the install, as well as service in a timely manner."
