"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

I was pleased to get an immediate answer on the phone when I called San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Services. They quickly calmed me down, and had a specialist in my home within an hour. I've been through water remediations in the past and I've never seen a more thorough or complete job. These folks use these amazing IR cameras and water sensors to literally pinpoint the spots that are still the tiniest bit damp and reposition the equipment in just the right spots to dry them out. When they left I was totally confident that my house was completely dry! "Harry Wheeler and his 2 employees did a very good job. They made sure that the roof dimensions were squared, and they did excellent work with the framing and installing the roofing material. The center part of the roof was an opaque corrugated fiber that let light into the area - and the replacement that Harry's team did is even better. It's a little larger than the one we had before and lets in more light. They also made sure that the vertical supports for the repaired roof were solid and that the barn itself was undamaged by the falling tree."

"I had a home warranty, an extra policy on my house, so I had to use the people that they provided.  Other than their telephone answering, which takes forever, they were really good.  I was always glad that I had that coverage.  They had a person come out to confirm that my dryer was not broken and that it was the vent, and then I hired a provider to come and clean it. I had to pay the service charge for the technician to come out and  check my dryer.  When you try to call them you can never get through on the phone; they don't have enough telephone operators.  I never like to do it online because I wanted to talk to somebody and find out who they were going to pick as my vendor, because one time in all of the times that I used them, they sent me a really, really novice plumber who messed up my sink.  I think I had a broken garbage disposal or something that he didn't have the tools, his truck broke down on the way, he was very young and wet behind the years, and it was a company I never heard of.  So whenever I needed plumbing or maintenance on appliances or something, I would just call them and say I wanna use that other named company.  But they always do an excellent job.  I would say a B overall only because of how hard it is to get in touch with them.  For price, I shopped around before I renewed with them and they were very comparable to other companies and they didn't have a lot of exclusions, so I would say A.  I'm retired now and I won't be buying another house so I had to cancel my contract with them, but if I was going to, yes I would consider using them in the future. "
