"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"It went well! We now have an attic ladder and we were amazed at the size of our attic! Prior to installation, there was just a hole in the ceiling and we had no idea what was up there. The few times we had attempted to see up there, we were having to use a regular ladder, and that was sketchy. Jerod did a great job installing the ladder and cutting a bigger hole for it to fit. "Following a 1.5 hour broken toilet fixture, returned home to find water streaming under the wall in the front of the home, and water 1.5" deep in the carpet of the entry, bathroom, living room and bedroom. After phoning, they were on-scene within 30 minutes with all the professional tools necessary to address the problem. The staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They also worked hard to provide detailed documentation to the insurance company. Since the carpet and pad were old, I requested they be removed, which they did quickly and efficiently. They vacuumed the remaining water and installed fans and dehumidifiers. The staff monitored these on a daily basis for 7 days, until the walls measured zero moisture."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
