"I had a great experience with this company. They graded and re-sloped an area in my front yard after tree and large root removal, and the results were excellent. They brought in new soil to properly level the area and finished by planting new grass, leaving everything looking clean and well-done. The crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication was straightforward, and the job was completed efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing grading, leveling, or yard restoration work."

We have many years of experience in hardscaping and more importantly a lot of installed projects ranging from paver patios, artificial turf, driveways, retaining walls, seat walls, garden walls, drainage, fences, decks. You will not find better craftsmanship anywhere and we keep our pricing low because we are not interested in becoming a huge company that pays big salaries for project managers / architects / excessive office people. Our process starts with a FREE estimate a sketch design to scale and will provide a detailed proposal before we leave the appointment, there is no waiting. Our install schedule never gets too far out from us because we know how important it is to have that balance with clients. Who wants to throw down a deposit and wait 3-6 months sometimes longer!? We are 3-4 weeks out year round with 3 crews working hard.

We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it do"

Top Gear is a fairly new company. There is a calculated risk in that. Steve however is not new at the roofing game. Your not getting a flashy decaled truck, embroidered Carhartt jacket or a fancy hat. His pricing reflects his lower overhead. The rain is about to return. So time will tell if it's a fix, but I'm confident that Top Gear will make things right if it's not. Steve guaranteed his work for 5 years. With his kind of honesty, he should still be around.
